Dreams relapse. The imprinted memories get diluted. Lost in a feverish quest for the shattered fragments of our greatest moments, sometimes, we start over. And the supreme union of those things we have forever held dearest stare us right in the eyes. Born of our most ambitious moments in the brewhouse, this revivalist saison is traditionally step-mashed and then naturally carbonated in the fermenters. Born of local Riverbend Malt 2 row and 6 row barley and Appalachian Wheat, the beer was then hopped with a liberal amount of aromatic Grungeist and Calypso hops. The result is a pathway through Carolina terroir, imparting aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest and delicate white peppercorn and earthiness. Inspiration lurks in our dreams. Welcome it.
Brewed with nothing but the highest quality English ingredients, including floor-malted Maris Otter, Oat Malt, and two types of Chocolate Malt, this Chocolate Oatmeal Porter is sure to please. The end result is a malty, full bodied oatmeal porter.
Cosmik Debris is a double IPA featuring Simcoe, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Cascade and Chinook hops, that together develop a bursting aroma of citrus zest, melon and subtle pine. The beer is 8% ABV and delivers a beautiful balance between firm bitterness and malt, with notes of starfruit and orange marmalade on the palate.
This IPA gives off aromas and flavors of guava, oranges, pineapples, and peach. Its medium bodied with a smooth bitterness.
Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter. Slightly malty, spicy.
A tart, fruity sour beer. Dr. Robot is as playful as its name. After souring to a delightfully tart level, we add blackberry juice and lemon zest to enhance and balance the flavor. The juice gives this beer a pink hue. The perfect blend of sweet and sour, Dr. Robot is a refreshing year-round sipper.
Refreshing cider starts with really good juice. Not artificially flavored, generic juice, but juice from just-picked apples, bursting with flavor. Treehorn uses fresh-pressed juice from regional orchards, we’re committed to apples grown as close to Atlanta as possible – no more than 150 miles away. We believe supporting local agriculture is good for sustainability, the economy of our state, the environment, and most of all our taste buds. Fresh tastes good for a reason. So that magic that happens to turn juice into cider? It’s a little bit like making wine. You need yeast, really big tanks and time to make the cider perfect.
For all you hop-heads out there, this cider is for you. Two kinds of citrusy, earthy hop varieties find a happy home with Georgia grown hard apple cider to create this Germanic experience. Prost!
Created by the Moortgat family, bottled Duvel is one of Belgium’s favorite ales. The secret of its success lies in using only best-quality ingredients, and in the well-balanced, very specific, complex brewing and refermentation process that takes over 90 days. Typical Duvel flavors and aromas are already emerging, but the beer is lower in alcohol and carbonation, and the taste is slightly lighter and crisper.
Black Currant sour
Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour, especially that Bavarian speciality 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.
Hop Gun IPA delivers a payload of good ol’ American hops straight to your palate, bursting forth with the flavors of grapefruit and pineapple. A careful dose of smooth caramel malts swoop in to balance out the finish — just like any good wingman should.
Citra and Simcoe hops give this IPA a burst of tropical citrus flavor. The dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc and Citra gives it hints of melon, lemongrass and grapefruit. Athens is a town with fantastic IPAs and we hope you enjoy our addition to this illustrious company.
Starting its life as a Strong Amber Ale, Kennesaw Bourbon Ale is transformed through the addition of American OakSpirals aged on Sidetrack Brand Bourbon distilled by our Kennesaw neighbors, Lazy Guy Distillery, just over a mile down the road from our brewery. The addition of the bourbon spirals delivers delicious vanilla and oak notes, while still maintaining the smooth Amber Base!
The Vienna lager was all but forgotten until 1861, when Napoleon III invaded Mexico and brought an influx of European brewers to the continent, reintroducing the style with great success. The style is defined by the malt character. Designed on a Viennese water profile, it showcases a light red to orange hue from the kilned Vienna malt gives a rich, nutty character. Light noble hop aroma and slight bitterness takes a back seat to the flavor of the malt profile. Little yeast character is contributed for a clean, dry finish.
Niobe’s Tears has the core ingredients of a gose, featuring pink Himalayan sea salt, pale wheat and pilsner malts. It’s heavy on the salt and herbal characteristics, and is kettle soured for a lemony essence.
You may have seen Noctua, our little owl, making a few guest appearances around town. That name may be slightly misleading, because there’s nothing little about our big and bold imperial stout. Noctua is defined by its decadent chocolate notes, and its robust, roasty mouthfeel will leave you wanting another — if you can handle it.
Featuring a blend of hops from the Hallertauer region, Premium German Pils Malt, and yeast that comes from a famous brewery in Bavaria.
Pre-Game is a Session Ale, this means this beer has great drinking potential. At 4.5% it beholds all of the craft flavor that you crave, but stays away from being too heavy. This beer is golden in color and low in bitterness. Hops do come through in a sweet piney aroma that makes the end of every sip sound like . . . Game Time!
Prince of Pilsen tributes the most popular beer style in the world. Originally brewed in the bohemian City of Pilsen in 1842, the new sensation was widely imitated and now makes up 90% of beer consumed around the globe. This Euro-style version is refreshingly crisp and dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight 7Cs for a distinct citrus aroma and bite.
Quadrupel is La Trappe’s heaviest ale with a stunning amber colour. Its warm and intense flavour is rich and finely balanced. Malty sweet, slightly burnt, and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Quadrupel continues to ferment after bottling and offers aromas of banana, almond, vanilla and others.

In celebration of our beautifully sunny city, this IPA was designed to be a bright as the warmest summer day. Packed with hop flavor and aroma, we double dry hop this beer with equal parts of Mosaic, Citra and Azacca, for an intensely tropical profile reminiscent of tangerine, nectar, papaya, peach, kiwi, and pineapple.
We’re totally Frucht around here. In fact, we may just be filled to the brim, with excitement, that is. Our threshold is 250 BBLs, to be more precise. That’s the total capacity of each oak foeder at Bruery Terreux. One is dedicated exclusively to Frucht, our series of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from its fermentation in the large oak foeder vessel.
St.Bernardus Tripel is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Triple" style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. It has a blond to pale amber color with a wonderful head, slightly sweet aroma and the orangey-grassy flavors of hops in the finish. Wonderfully drinkable and surprisingly light

Why "Authentica"? Because our Classic Red Sangria is authentically Spanish and uses only native Spanish grapes and natural ingredients to create deliciously bright flavors of juicy orange citrus, cherry, grape, and a touch of apple. Authentica is lower in calories, per ounce, than most Sangrias! We let the fruit make it sweet, so don't have to add very much sugar. The result is a more refreshing, easier to drink Sangria.
Filled with ripe, rich fruit and a plethora of spices, this style is typified by Australian Shiraz, Sonoma Zinfandel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry intermingle with subtle floral hint of roses along with an elegant spicy character that recalls rosemary and oregano. The medium-bodied palate presents plenty of personality and persistence with soft, elegant tannins.
This wine is purely and simply summertime in a glass. The 2015 Hogwash Rose displays a pale salmon-pink color and a beautiful and lively nose that showcases aromas of watermelon candy, red cherries, red current and rose water. Medium bodied, it has incredible vibrancy that combines with its great finish to create a wine that is both a very serious rose wine but has something for everyone.
This Is a wine respecting the oenological tradition of Valdobbiadene. Its secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle during the long winter break and transforms the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide resulting in an anarchal perlage and depositing crystalline residuals of exhausted yeasts on the bottom of the bottle (hence the common name Prosecco on the sediment). The natural evolution in the bottle causes a continuous change of tastes and flavors.
