Light, Clean Crisp. Big Creek Kolsch is delicately balanced beer style originating from the Cologne region of Germany and brewed according to Reinheitsgebot. Perfectly refreshing for a southern day or a stroll down the Big Creek Greenway after visiting Jekyll Brewing. Only barley, hops, water and yeast are used under cold temperatures to give the style a dry quality. The ale yeast, which is unusual for a beer that is fermented like a lager contribute fruity (you may pick up a small hint of pear) and bread-like characters not normally found in lagers. Big Creek pairs well with almost any food, but simple foods like cheese and sausage are strong favorites. Kolsch is traditionally served in a 200 ML "stange" tall, narrow glass.
New England style IPA made with oats, Simcoe hops, and bitter orange peel.
Based loosely on the Smokestack Series’ The Sixth Glass, this abbey-style quadrupel is separated into a number of oak bourbon barrels where it ages for varying lengths of time, some for up to three years. Cherries are added to make up for the “angel's share” of beer lost during barrel aging. Selected barrels are then blended for optimum flavor. The resulting beer retains only very subtle cherry characteristics, with toffee and vanilla notes coming to the fore.
New England style IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with Cashmere.
We take the Sawnee Mountain Porter and added toasted coconut flakes, caramelized dates, and vanilla bean to create a beer so good, even Chief Sawnee would hide it in his cave.
Inspired by some of our favorite West Coast IPAs, the bold pine, citrus, peach, and tangerine hop flavors, along with a clean bitterness are balanced by a velvety malt backbone. This beautiful blend of flavor and drinkability showcases the truly unique experimental hop 05256 which we find to be delightfully juicy and dank. You don’t need tiny arms and a huge head to enjoy this mammoth IPA!
For Sebastian’s love of locally sourced ingredients Red Briick brewed a Gose with abblemd of 4 sea salts, with additions of locally foraged loblolly pine saplings and dandelions, turmeric, and black pepper
American Strong Ale brewed with ginger and molasses aged in rum barrels
Hear that? It’s the horn that sounds the charge. He leads his hop-crazed forces across the white sand beaches into battle, ripe with the citrus and pine they’ve plundered along the way. His backbone is pure malts but his veins run with 85 IBUs, and his soul is bitter. Don’t mess with the mollusk. Surrender - or plant your own flag
This kettle-soured beer balances its tartness against the earthy quality of the Brettanomyces that is added during fermentation. Named after King Midas, we hope to see great things out of this base golden sour.
Unfiltered and refreshing German-style wheat beer, full on flavor yet light on the palate. Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while all the wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of a golden Florida sunset.
Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries - Lindemans Framboise is the fruit lambic category leader.
Jekyll's Hop Dang Diggity with lemonade. Light and crushable, plenty of lemon, and the hops come through in the middle.
Starting its life as a Strong Amber Ale, Kennesaw Bourbon Ale is transformed through the addition of American OakSpirals aged on Sidetrack Brand Bourbon distilled by our Kennesaw neighbors, Lazy Guy Distillery, just over a mile down the road from our brewery. The addition of the bourbon spirals delivers delicious vanilla and oak notes, while still maintaining the smooth Amber Base!
In Florida, every hot summer night demands a cold slice of pie. Our answer is Key Lime Pie Tart: a lightly soured ale brewed with real key lime juice, sticky vanilla, cinnamon, and bready wheat malt. It's a refreshing treat as memorable as an evening in Key West. Whipped cream included.

What could possibly be better than the combination of deep roasted malts, coffee, oak, and a smooth, creamy finish? All of those things dosed with liquid Nitrogen, of course. Ode To Mercy overflows with bold flavors woven into a very balanced and approachable beer that finishes with creamy lingering hints of oak, coffee (specially blended by Atlanta, GA’s Land of 1000 Hills), and roasted goodness. Bright citrus hops peek through from time to time, adding additional layers of complexity. Finished with Nitrogen, Nitrode has a beautifully layered flavor and an incredibly smooth mouthfeel.
Crisp Pale Lager with a balanced flavor profile from German Pilsner malt and Hallertauer hops. Refreshing and easy to drink with a dry finish.
Peak XV- The Earth’s highest mountain- Was first measured in 1856, then renamed Mt. Everest nine years later. In 20 years the ascent was proposed, but it would be another 68 years (and several unsuccessful attempts later) before the summit was finally reached. In admiration of the human spirit and the courage required to accomplish this supreme feat, we offer this dark towering brew. Subtle undertones of vanilla are brought forth using multiple sources of whole vanilla beans, followed by a stupendous nose of dark chocolate - Provided by locally sourced cacao nibs. The flavor is massive chocolate, creamy vanilla, toasty and malty. The finish is epic.
New England Style IPA - Juicy, hoppy and cloudy, just like it should be!
We like dinosaurs. We especially like Rexx, our prehistoric pal who wears clown shoes, drinks bourbon, and spends his doomed days in exile from the other Tyrannosauruses, choosing to romp with friendlier beasts. Rexx, we dedicate this Imperial Red Ale aged in Heaven Hill and Four Roses bourbon barrels to you, buddy!
Here at Three Taverns we love the game of soccer and put that front and center in our latest release, Rowdy and Proud. This is the second beer we've done inspired by “the beautiful game”, the first was Pils Mundial - now called Prince of Pilsen - in 2014 to commemorate The World Cup.R&P is brewed with Huell Melon, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops and bursting with flavors of honeydew, cantaloupe, and citrus.
This American red ale combines both American malt and Munich specialty malts to produce a style that bridges tradition and triumph. Why are Miracle Mike and his dog, Bionic, being chased by many evil laser beam shooting cupcakes and two giant layer cake mother ships? Because we're straight lunatic fools? Well, maybe, but with a few brains cells remaining we managed to craft Space Cake double IPA, utilizing citrusy Mosaic hops and an immaculate West Coast style malt backbone. Dude... Chill out. Enjoy some Space Cake.
Dark fruit aromas of blackberry, plum, and black cherry, the toasty oak frames and adds depth. Complex notes of cocoa, cassis, pepper, and cedar.
Why "Authentica"? Because our Classic Red Sangria is authentically Spanish and uses only native Spanish grapes and natural ingredients to create deliciously bright flavors of juicy orange citrus, cherry, grape, and a touch of apple. Authentica is lower in calories, per ounce, than most Sangrias! We let the fruit make it sweet, so don't have to add very much sugar. The result is a more refreshing, easier to drink Sangria.
Filled with ripe, rich fruit and a plethora of spices, this style is typified by Australian Shiraz, Sonoma Zinfandel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry intermingle with subtle floral hint of roses along with an elegant spicy character that recalls rosemary and oregano. The medium-bodied palate presents plenty of personality and persistence with soft, elegant tannins.
Italian Vermouth - Clean floral notes, marjoram, coriander, citrus, chammomile, clove, herbal and hints of nutmeg
This wine is purely and simply summertime in a glass. The 2015 Hogwash Rose displays a pale salmon-pink color and a beautiful and lively nose that showcases aromas of watermelon candy, red cherries, red current and rose water. Medium bodied, it has incredible vibrancy that combines with its great finish to create a wine that is both a very serious rose wine but has something for everyone.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is all about expressive fruit flavours. The wine possesses a light straw colour and tropical aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit. The palate exhibits the same fine flavours followed by a crisp, dry, mineral finish.
Vermouth is a fortified and aromatized wine that is macerated with a selection of herbs, fruits and roots. The word "vermouth" comes from the German word for "wormwood", which was originally one of its primary infused ingredients. Acha's Vino Vermouth Blanco is made in accordance with an old recipe passed down through the Acha family. It is made from a blend of a neutral wine and alcohol macerated with a selection of traditional botanicals including wormwood, gentian and bitter orange. Tasting Notes - Fresh, floral aromas followed on the palate by a hint of sweetness and bitter flavor framework.
Founded in 1831, Destillerias Atxa has been at the forefront of distillation in the Basque Country for years. The distillery is located in Amurrio, 50 km from the Cantabrian Sea. Today, Gabriel Atxa maintains the traditions and recipes passed down by these ancestors for the creation of artisanal vermouth made from natural ingredients including wormwood, gentian (genus of flowering plant), cherry, & bitter orange. The Vermouth Tinto shows a lot of licorice and wild herbs with wild berry fruit and bitter components, very reminiscent of Patxaran. Ends with a blast of citrus flavor. Super good!
This Is a wine respecting the oenological tradition of Valdobbiadene. Its secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle during the long winter break and transforms the sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide resulting in an anarchal perlage and depositing crystalline residuals of exhausted yeasts on the bottom of the bottle (hence the common name Prosecco on the sediment). The natural evolution in the bottle causes a continuous change of tastes and flavors.
With a straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Classic White Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
The white Vermouth from Montana Perucchi is oustanding with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, ginger and a touch of sassafras. Notes of spice and citrus peel and a lingering flavor that reminds me of biting into a soft, honey ginger cake with just a touch more sweetness than the red Vermouth.
