Eschaton is a one-of-a-kind oaked all-malt Quadrupel (or “Belgian Strong Dark” if you prefer) that abounds with dark fruit and pit fruit flavors as well as earthy spiciness. Freak of Nature Double IPA is our hoppiest ale. The focus of this beer was to create a hop delivery vehicle. We dry hop this beer at a rate of almost four pounds of hops per barrel. The resulting blend of dank and citrus forward hops make for a palate changing experience. Hopheads, rejoice. This is your beer.

Geektoberfest® is a sour barrel aged blend of Shmaltz’s Bock Bock Imperial American Bock®, St. Lenny’s Belgian Style Rye Double IPA®, 518 Summer Belgian Wheat®, and Alphabet City Brewing Company’s IPA®. The glorious hazy sour sipper has a deep amber hue bursting with tart fruit aromas, subtle hints of cocoa, and a slight note of star fruit. Geektoberfest’s® mild malty sweetness is followed by a prominent sourness, complete with a pleasant dry finish. Its singular complexity will certainly satisfy the taste buds of any sour beer aficionado.
Inspired by our affinity toward spicy ginger beers/ales, Ginger Perry is Argus’s first unpasteurized fermentation utilizing only the pear. Distinctly dry as characteristic of the Argus portfolio, development of this product placed the upmost importance on delivering a balance of ginger, stone fruit, and citrus flavors without palate fatigue after just one. Residual sugar is present, but don’t expect anything too sweet.
Citra and Simcoe hops give this IPA a burst of tropical citrus flavor. The dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc and Citra gives it hints of melon, lemongrass and grapefruit. Athens is a town with fantastic IPAs and we hope you enjoy our addition to this illustrious company.

Our twist on the traditional robust American Porter, Shake Chocolate Porter is dark black in color with rich, sweet aromatics and flavors of dark chocolate, coffee and caramel. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouthfeel.
Don’t let it fool you. This is an imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor. Despite the dry finish there is a wonderful molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish full-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there…a fantastic example of a legendary beer style.
Strawberry & Basil is a barrel-aged farmhouse ale born of the Santa Cruz Coast. This wild ale is built on a mountain of fresh seaside strawberries, grown under cool, salty, coastal breezes and sunny days. After aging our mixed fermentation farmhouse base on fresh strawberries, we added savory basil leaves, along with a touch of coriander, ginger, and grains of paradise for an herbal complexity that screams summer in a glass.
German Pale Wheat malt lends this clean offering a lightly citric crispness at the back of the palate. The addition of real mango adds a soft, sweet roundness to the body and natural mango flavoring lifts the aroma to match.
This West Coast style IPA is 7% and chocked full of Citra and Mosaic hops.
